Green Coffee Bean Diet

Consuming common weight loss supplements is yet another one of many dietary methods people use to lose weight fast. It's best not to follow recommendations for any of these products. Many of these products boast of simple, and most importantly, fast weight loss results after ingesting a pill or powder supplement during a specified period of time.

However, the most effective way to lose weight quickly is a simple diet and regulated exercise. There's also the choice of consuming “super foods” that speed up the weight loss process. The green coffee bean is one of these super foods. Its new-found media attention has made it one of the more popular choices for facilitating weight loss.

The green coffee bean diet is low maintenance. Once you incorporate them into your daily life, you won't have to change anything. Green coffee beans can be added to your regular diet and exercise routine, which helps stimulate weight loss throughout your week.

The Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome and Obesity journal researched a pool of 16 adult-aged individuals, who consumed green coffee bean supplements for a period of 12 weeks. The result of this period found that each person lost around 17 pounds each, which corresponds with at least 10% of their body weight and 16% of their body fat. No side effects were found in any individual during this period.

The research proved that people can consume a green coffee bean diet without significant repercussions—it's as safe as a dietary supplement gets. Consuming green coffee beans assists with the process in reducing one's weight, making it a viable tool in the battle against the obesity epidemic today.

A single green coffee bean supplement holds just 20 mg of caffeine, less than a typical serving of coffee. Green coffee beans don't cause side effects linked with stimulants like roasted coffee beans, such as an heightened heart rate, jitters and even nervousness. Instead, green coffee beans reduce blood pressure and can boost one's metabolism.

The primary active ingredient in green coffee beans is chlorogenic acid. This natural compound invokes a particular glucose release within the liver, stimulating the burning of fat. During this process, one's metabolism becomes invigorated, helping prevent fat retention and weight gain.

Regular coffee, however, doesn't cause the same effects and benefits as green coffee beans. Coffee beans, which are typically scentless and bitter, lose chlorogenic acid once roasted. Unroasted coffee beans can contain up to 50% of chlorogenic acid.

Many green coffee bean diet supplements are available to consume in capsule or pill form, in addition to extract and powder forms. The typical daily recommendation calls for one to consume at least 400 mg of green coffee bean diet supplements each day. This includes taking two each day, with a glass of water or during a meal. Most good green coffee bean supplements are all natural with no binders or fillers of any kind.
